Shipping Information

All orders placed online with Billabone are delivered by The Courier Guy.

Currently we only deliver within South African borders.

What is the cost of shipping?

Orders with a value of less than R500 will have a courier charge of R65. Orders over the value of R500 will be shipped free.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated delivery time, 2 - 7 working days from receipt of payment. Outlying areas, 2 - 10 working days. Personalized/customized orders may take longer, 2 - 14 working days.

What addresses do you ship to?

We only ship orders to physical addresses (No postal box). Please make sure that the address that you choose for delivery is accurately captured and that there is someone present to receive the parcel on your behalf if you are not there. You will be notified via email once your order is on it's way.

Can I order online and collect in store?

This is currently not a functional option as we do not have a physical store and products are shipped from our warehouse. 

How do I return a incorrect or faulty product?

If you have received the incorrect order or item in your order, we will gladly exchange the product for you. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the incorrect order so that we may process the exchange. Products must be in original condition and packaging (All labels attached and unworn) Please email us at: info@billabone.co.za or contact us on WatsApp: 072 897 8460. Billabone will be liable for the shipping costs. If you place an incorrect order, such as selecting the wrong bandana size, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging the item.
